We are searching for a highly skilled 3D Character & Creature Sculptor to create hyper-detailed characters and monsters for video games, animations, and collectibles. You will work on both realistic and stylized designs, requiring an advanced understanding of anatomy, surface detailing, and expressive form.
Sculpt detailed, high-poly characters and creatures using ZBrush, Blender, or Maya.
Create low-poly retopology and efficient UV maps for game-ready assets.
Design realistic muscle structure, skin folds, and fine details for organic creatures.
Collaborate with concept artists to translate 2D sketches into fully realized 3D forms.
Optimize models for animation, 3D printing, and real-time rendering.
Assist in rigging preparation by ensuring proper edge flow and clean geometry.
Work on stylized and fantasy characters, applying unique design principles.
Expertise in ZBrush, Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
Strong knowledge of human and animal anatomy, as well as exaggerated stylization techniques.
Experience with PBR workflows, baking maps, and using Substance Painter.
Ability to design expressive characters and dynamic poses.
Understanding of 3D printing constraints (support structures, overhangs, and printability).
Knowledge of Marvelous Designer or other cloth simulation tools is a plus.
Passion for creature and character development, with a portfolio showcasing high-detail sculpting.
